Clinical and Social Support

Feedback and encouragement from a network of people who care are important during recovery and for general wellbeing. Journi consumers can add their choice of carers or service providers to allow them to provide feedback and support during the ups and downs of life.

My Story

Creating their story allows consumers to reflect on their life and identify their strengths. The safety plan reminds consumers what they can do to stay well and their coping strategies when things don’t go according to plan. If being shared, it also helps the network know about how to support and communicate with the consumers.

My Safety Plan

A safety plan reminds consumers of the things they can do to stay well. It includes coping strategies for when things don’t go according to plan. This safety plan can be shared at the choice of the consumer allowing support by carers and service providers during especially difficult times.

Tailored Suggestions from Services

Journi allows service providers to make suggestions about goals and focus areas. This helps the consumer to create their action plan and set goals with some outside perspective. It is up to the consumer whether they accept or reject the suggestions of others.

Left to right – Suggesting a goal (Service Provider), Reviewing a suggested goal (Consumer).

Left to right – Selecting what to export (Consumer), PDF Preview (Consumer).

Traditional Sharing Style

Sometimes, electronics and devices don’t cover all our needs. In this case, Journi allows consumers and service providers to create printable copies of their information by exporting part or all of their care plan to PDF.

Controlled Sharing of Information

A consumer ultimately has complete control of what they share, and who they share it with. They can withdraw consent for any individual at any time.

Left to right – Selecting who to share the content with (Consumer), Adding a new contact to network (Consumer).

Cross-Platform Accessibility

Journi is accessible through a mobile phone and tablet apps or browsers. It can also be used on laptop and desktop computers. If there is access to the internet, there is access to a Journi care plan, regardless of what device is being used.
