Journi is an integrated care platform that connects people to their network of carers and service providers. It acts as a tool to help people stay connected to the people who care about them whilst achieving their goals of moving toward better physical and mental health and wellbeing.
The short answer is: everyone who is receiving service from Mental Health Drug and Alcohol Services in Murrumbidgee.
Journi has been designed to give people the tools they need to work towards better wellbeing regardless of their life situation.
That’s a YES for anyone who would like to create their wellbeing plan and their supporters.
However, we might charge the service providers if their orginisation is not listed. If you are a service provider, please contact us to tell us your needs and we’ll find a best solution for you.
Your data is kept safe and secure on Microsoft Azure servers.
You have the choice within Journi to share some of your details with carers and service providers. This is all controlled by you, the user and we will never distribute any of your data to anyone including service providers or other third parties.
You can sign up to use Journi from within the app or online at https://journi.org.au/wellbeing. All you need is an email address and you’re ready to go!
Everyone’s wellbeing journey is different, so this will be different for everyone. We recommend thinking about people who you trust who will be interested in keeping up with your progress, like your parents, other family or close friends. Talk to your GP and other service providers about signing up to use Journi to help you on your wellbeing journey too.
